Lenwood Leroy Seaman Jr., 57, passed away on November 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Lovingly known as “Bubba,” he lived a life that taught those around him the true meaning of unconditional love, patience, and acceptance. Although Bubba was unable to speak, he had a special way of communicating love that needed no words.
During his healthier years, Bubba especially enjoyed spending his summers at Camp Smile, attending MARC, and playing with his beloved toys. He found joy in life’s simplest pleasures and brought immeasurable happiness to those fortunate enough to know and love him.
Bubba was preceded in death by his parents, Karen Sue McGraw and Lenwood Leroy Seaman Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted sister and lifelong caregiver, Kimberly (Chuck); his siblings, Brenda, Jerrie, and Roy; his stepmother, Dorothy Seaman; his niece, Victoria (Bradley) Hankins; his nephew, Davy Gillett; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Henry, Eloise, and Peter. He also leaves behind numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Bubba was deeply loved, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. His life serves as a beautiful reminder that some of the greatest lessons in love are taught without ever saying a word.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Following the service, family and friends are warmly invited to gather at Bubba’s lifelong home in Irvington between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to share cherished memories, celebrate his life, and honor the love and joy he brought to so many.
