About Us
For generations, families in Grand Bay have had to travel to say goodbye. Saying goodbye meant a drive to Theodore, to Mobile, or across the state line, at a time when the last thing anyone needs is distance. Grand Bay Funeral Home was founded to change that.
We're building something this community has been missing: a funeral home that belongs to Grand Bay. Our doors on McSween Drive will open to neighbors from Grand Bay, Irvington, St. Elmo, Bayou La Batre, and the families who live along the Mississippi line. They're the people we'll see at church on Sunday, at the feed store, and at the Watermelon Festival every summer.
We started Grand Bay Funeral Home with one simple belief: when you lose someone you love, you should be cared for by people who know your community and treat your family like their own. Every part of our home has been planned with that in mind, from our chapel to the way we answer the phone at 3 a.m.
We may be new, but our commitment isn't. We're here to serve Grand Bay with honesty, dignity, and compassion. We'll be clear about pricing and we'll listen patiently. And we'll walk with you through every step of honoring the life of someone you love.
